Know who is working, where, when, and in what role.
DutyFlow puts the rota, the clock-in and the time-off requests on one board for shift teams. You see who should be on, who turned up, and what needs you before a customer notices.

A timesheet is a negotiation. A record is a fact.
Most shift teams rebuild hours at month end from a spreadsheet, a group chat and memory. Every correction is someone's word against someone else's.
The paper way
The DutyFlow record
Outside the site area: 412 m from Harbour Street.
"Phone GPS drifting. Confirmed at the rental desk."
22 m from site.
Nothing is overwritten. The refused attempt stays on the record, and the correction is a new line with a name and a reason.
One loop, and you can see every part of it.
Planning, attendance and exceptions feed each other. DutyFlow keeps all three on one board, so what happened this week shapes next week's rota.
Plan the week
Who should be working?
Build shifts on a roster grid, check them against coverage targets and approved leave, then publish. Staff are notified.
Run the day
Who is actually working?
Staff clock in by GPS, QR code or desktop. Today shows who is on site, who is late and who hasn't arrived.
Handle what comes up
What needs my attention?
Time off, swaps, open shifts and missed clock-ins arrive as decisions, with the effect on the rota shown first.
Then back to Schedule. Approved leave and filled gaps appear on next week's grid.
Everything a shift team needs, and nothing it has to babysit.
Plan
Build a rota that works before anyone is told about it.
Roster-first week view
One row per person, one column per day. Approved leave and coverage are drawn on the grid.
Coverage targets
Set how many people you need per role and time window. Gaps show while you plan, not on the day.
Eligibility built in
No double-bookings. Roles, qualifications and availability are checked every time a shift is assigned or moved.
Templates and repeats
Save the shifts you use every week and repeat them. Edit in draft, publish when it's ready.
Clock
Attendance staff can do in a second and you can rely on.
Clock in your way
Each site chooses its methods: a GPS geofence, a QR code on the wall, or a shared desktop.
No signal, no problem
A clock-in is saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns. It keeps its real time and is never counted twice.
Missed clock-in alerts
If someone hasn't clocked in 15 minutes after their shift starts, the manager is told.
Live view of the day
Today answers who should be here, who is here, and who isn't. Tap any number to see the people behind it.
Adjust
Changes go through the same rules as the original plan.
Time off
Staff request leave from their phone. Before you approve, you see which published shifts it affects.
Shift swaps
An employee asks, a colleague accepts, you approve. Nothing moves until you do.
Open shifts
Post an unfilled shift and let eligible staff claim it.
Shift checklists
Attach opening or closing duties to a shift. Staff tick them off, even offline, and you see progress live.
Prove
Records that hold up when someone asks.
Records that can't be rewritten
Clock events are never edited or deleted. A correction is a new entry, so the history is always there.
Overrides with a reason
Every manager override needs a reason and is written to the audit trail.
Monthly attendance report
Hours, lateness and missed clock-ins per person. Summary and detail always agree, and CSV export is one click.
Email notifications
Invitations, published schedules, cancelled shifts and leave decisions reach people by email.
Three screens and one button.
Your team opens DutyFlow in their phone's browser and adds it to the home screen. They see their shifts, clock in, and ask for time off. That's it.
- Employee code and PINNo email address or app store account needed.
- Honest about the signalWith no connection, the app says "Saved on device" until the punch has actually reached you. Then it says so.
- Swaps and time off in their pocketRequests go straight to the manager, with the rules checked first.
We check a clock-in. We don't follow people.
Your team should be able to trust the app on their phone, and you should be able to trust the records it produces.
Location only at clock-in
One location reading per punch, checked against the site's area. No tracking between punches, ever.
No biometrics
No fingerprints and no face scans. A code and PIN, a QR code, or a location check.
Every change is audited
Overrides, approvals and exports are logged with who did it and when.
Your data kept separate
Each business's data is isolated from every other's, enforced in the database itself.
Every site keeps its own clock.
Timezone, currency and clock-in rules are set per site, so a report for Abu Dhabi reads in Abu Dhabi days and a report for Manchester reads in Manchester days.
Live local time, from an example setup. Each row is a setting, not a separate product.
Priced per employee. No contract.
Pay for the people who work for you, month to month. Every plan starts at 10 employees.

Straight answers.
Do my staff need to download an app?
No. DutyFlow runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. It works on iPhone and Android.
What happens if there's no signal at the shop?
The clock-in is saved on the phone and sent as soon as the connection is back, keeping the time it actually happened. On iPhone, the app needs to be open for it to send.
Does DutyFlow track where my staff are?
No. It takes one location reading when someone clocks in or out, to confirm they're at the site. Nothing is recorded between punches.
Can I fix a mistake in someone's hours?
Yes. A manager can add a correction with a reason. The original record stays, so anyone reviewing it later sees both.
How is billing worked out?
Each month you pay for your active employees at your plan's rate. The minimum is 10 employees, so the smallest bill is $49.90 on Core or $75.00 on Pro. Billing is month to month with no annual contract.
Does it do payroll?
Not yet. The monthly attendance report exports to CSV, ready to hand to whoever runs your payroll.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. Add as many sites as you run, each with its own timezone, clock-in methods and coverage targets.
Your first rota can go out today.
Create your organization, add a site and invite your team. Staff sign in from their phone.
